All entries must adhere to the current topic.
JUDGING: Subject Content Technical
All entries will be compiled into an anthology to be published by Kobalt Publishing.
All proceeds from the anthology will be donated to 1N10.
All work must be original and unpublished. The author must own all rights to the submitted material. We require First Anthology Rights for those stories we publish.
Entries MUST be written in English.
Entries WILL NOT be returned. It is important that you maintain a copy for your files.
Each entry must include name of the author, age and grade level,
If you are under the age of 18, The name of parent or guardian, address, telephone number, and email must be included on the entry form with their consent
Entries must be original and previously unpublished.
Technical ability must be consistent with grade level. Obvious re-writing by an adult will result in disqualification.

Entries containing violent and/or sexually explicit material are not considered appropriate for this contest and will not be considered.
All entries must be original works, in English. Plagiarism, which includes the use of third-party poetry, song lyrics, characters or another person's universe, without written permission will result in disqualification. Excessive violence or sex, determined by the judges, will result in disqualification. Entries may not have been previously published in professional media.
Entries will be judged by professional authors. The decisions of the judges are entirely their own, and are final.
